Loreen’s extensive professional resume speaks volumes about her expertise. Yet, it's her warmth and evident passion for helping others that leaves a lasting impression when you meet her.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy with Distinction from the University of Alberta and boasting over 30 years of experience, Loreen epitomizes excellence in physiotherapy. Her extensive certifications in Medical Acupuncture, Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation and experience with therapeutic laser treatments ensure patients receive a holistic, individualized treatment.

Loreen's dedication to her patients and profession is palpable. Drawn to physiotherapy out of a desire to help, she thrives on the diverse challenges each patient brings. In the clinic, she specializes in spinal postural issues, myofascial problems, and muscle imbalances, especially as they relate to shoulder, elbow, core muscle, and leg issues.

She's a versatile therapist, skilled in helping seniors maintain their health, assisting pregnant patients and helping them with postpartum core strengthening, and addressing children's oral motor issues.

Loreen’s broad spectrum of expertise comes from her memberships with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association – holding division memberships in Orthopaedics, Acupuncture/Dry Needling, and Oncology. She's also affiliated with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta and is a Fellow of the Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

Her holistic patient care stands out, emphasizing thorough assessments to identify root causes, leading her to offer long-term solutions instead of just temporary relief.

Throughout her career, Loreen has shown commitment to her community, from volunteering with the Alberta branch of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association to mentoring budding physiotherapists.

Outside of work, Loreen is full of zest for life, enjoying travels, lake outings with her family, and training for her annual half marathon with her children. And, for game enthusiasts, she's the person to ask with her vast collection of almost 400 board and card games!
